- Squats. This is one of the most effective exercises to get rid of cellulite. It targets the fats on the buttocks and butt line where cellulite is usually found. Squat is done by using a chair as a guide. Squat about 3 inches above the chair, without touching it and then rise standing straight. Repeat this about 30 times each day.
- Jogging, Biking, Brisk Walking. This exercise is perfect for the cellulite on the legs. They are cardiovascular exercises that will not only remove cellulite, but also improve our cardiovascular health. It is best to do these exercises on an open area like the outdoors in order to get enough oxygen.
- Leg lifts. This is done by lying on your stomach on a mat and then lifts your leg up and stay in that position for 20 seconds before putting down. Do that to the other leg and repeat the process 20 times for each leg daily.
- Weight lifts. This cellulite exercise is for the removal of fats from the arms. Lifting will only require dumb bells. This will tighten the muscles on the arms so as the skin and make the dimples and wrinkles disappear on the upper arms.
- Sit Ups. This is a perfect exercise for the cellulite on the belly area.
These cellulite exercises are not only good for removing unwanted fats from our body; they also make our muscles strong as well as our immunity.
